From working in addiction counseling, to starting over as a photographer, launching a nonprofit, going back to school, and stepping into the role of “Dr. Laura”—each time I grew, that voice came creeping in: “Who do you think you are?”

I combine 20+ years of experience in transformational coaching, energy healing, visual storytelling, and somatic work to help people realign, reclaim, and reimagine themselves—inside and out.
