I know imposter syndrome, not just as a concept, but as a voice I’ve carried through nearly every major leap I’ve taken. From working in addiction counseling to starting over as a photographer, launching a nonprofit, going back to school, and stepping into the role of “Dr. Laura,” each time I grew, that voice crept in: “Who do you think you are?”
The truth is, stepping into a new version of yourself isn’t just a decision. It’s a full-body shift. Energetic. Emotional. Spiritual. Somatic. And yes, sometimes it’s messy.
That’s why I created NewVibe Coaching™ to guide women through those brave, in-between spaces where you’re outgrowing who you’ve been and starting to embody who you truly are. I combine 30+ years of lived experience with expertise in transformational coaching, subconscious reprogramming, energy alignment, hypnotherapy, IFS, EFT, Reiki, somatic practices, art, and ritual to help women recalibrate, realign, and step fully into their highest selves.
